REVOLUTION PRECRAFTED is a concept for implementing "Democratic Design" in real estate. Robbie Antonio is one of the youngest and most prolific collectors of international modern and post-war contemporary art in the world.

Robbie Antonio is a real estate enthusiast with the uncommon capacity to utilize the best possible outcome by integrating such disparate ideas into an idea of aspiring living. In December 2015, Revolution Precrafted was launched, and the company has since become a global supplier of prefabricated homes, pavilions, and other related structures. 

Robbie is the Managing Director of Century Properties, responsible for establishing the most significant number of luxury branded real estate developments around the world, such as the Milano Residences by Versace, Acqua Livingstone by Missoni Home, Azure by Paris Hilton, Forbes Media Tower, Armani for Century Spire and the Trump Tower.

He has major plans for the only Unicorn of the Philippines. His concept has been named the "Ikea of Homes" because of its plug-and-play flexibility and the "Tesla of Homes" since his work is more than simply a house but a whole platform of ideas and technology. Antonio hopes someday to develop the company into an innovative home platform. A home that can be as intelligent as the owner desires!

He also plans to prefabricate dwellings for disaster-stricken areas that can be built as rapidly as emergency shelters.

The structures can be adapted to meet the buyer's needs, such as becoming a private dwelling, a museum, or anything their clients need. "We aim to modify the structures to suit the clients and their demands." Some people prefer a tiny private museum, and not everybody can afford the Guggenheim. "We give a flexible space that can take the shape of a library, a concert area, a nightclub, or a large restaurant," Mr. Robbin Antonio explained.

"I always want to work with the best people in the world, whether it is business, politics, art… because that makes you a better person," he emphasizes. "You learn from the best, and it's a privilege. I want to impart that to the world."

Robbie's ambition is an idea, an idea we think the world is already waiting for.

"I've already done the luxury projects, and people know me for that, but I'm going to do something inherently very different."
